Soudatight Hybrid is the hybrid version of Soudatight and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. This product allows very easy and fast application of a liquid, airtight membrane to penetrations, connections and surfaces (no roof applications). Soudatight Hybrid can be applied as a crease with a flat brush or using a hand, battery or pneumatic sealant gun. With the Cox Jetflow 3 Sachet 600 spray gun, Soudatight Hybrid can be applied both as a crease and sprayed as a coating.

Applications:
For the air- and watertight finishing of penetrations, connections, surfaces (no roof applications) and window connections such as the inside inner leaf (day side), the outside inner leaf (for installation of facade insulation), under the window sill, the outside solid walls and the outside ventilated facades.
Instructions for use:
Ensure that Soudatight Hybrid is at room temperature before use. Soudatight Hybrid is applied to the substrate directly from the packaging using a flat brush or sealant gun (hand, battery or pneumatic). Spread the airtightness paste undiluted and evenly with a (flat) brush to form a seamless film of at least 1 mm thick, to be applied in several layers. Soudatight Hybrid can also be applied with a pneumatic spray gun (Cox Jetflow 3 Sachet 600) as a bead or sprayed as a coating. By turning the spray tip, one has the choice between a crease and spray application (spray = more open = apply less product). When using the Cox Jetflow 3, spraying is optimal at 5 to 6 bar with the spray tip +/- 75% open. Even after spraying, always smooth with a (flat) brush and respect the minimum layer thickness. The application thickness should be measured (wet) with a thickness gauge. For window applications, ensure that the air and watertightness paste forms a seamless membrane of at least 10 mm on the window frame, over the flexible foam up to ± 5 cm on the night side of the shell. The use of masking tape (on the window frame) is recommended. However, this should be removed shortly after application of Soudatight Hybrid, before curing. Soudatight Hybrid can be removed from materials and tools with Soudal Surface Cleaner, White Spirit or Swipex, before curing has taken place.
